3. Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and availability
(1) We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.
(2) Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 3-7 working days.
(3) If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly in this case.
6. Payment terms
(1) Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance (prepayment), PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
(2) If you select “prepayment,” we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. Delivery will take place after receipt of payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Instructions on withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Besler Food GmbH, Lessingstraße 23A, 68647 Biblis, Germany, Email: office@beslershop.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
No right of withdrawal exists for perishable food products.
No right of withdrawal for products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
9. Warranty and liability
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We are liable for damage only in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

11. Final provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Besler Food GmbH.
